Mailing Instructions
  1. Place the cremains in a sealed box (original box or bag) and pack in a padded shipping box.
  2. Place a cashier's check, personal check, or money order for $250.00 in the box. Make check out to Poplar Camp Memorial Forest
  3. Place in the box any "last notes," prayers, poems, etc. to be read at the scattering
  4. Seal and address box to:

  5. Mail by United States Postal Service, REGISTERED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT
  6. After cremains are scattered we will send you a Certificate of Scattering at Poplar Camp Memorial Forest
