The Service
Our loved ones cremains will be reverently scattered in a select
natural garden site located along a forest trail or on a ridge
overlooking miles of farmlands and forest. Names for gardens and
trails are selected to symbolize the environment and our heritage;
for example, Patriots Point Garden on Blackberry Trail. The loved
ones family may pick the natural garden site or leave the choice
to the caretaker. Scattering may either be done by family member,
family representative a funeral home official, a clergy member, or
the caretaker. If you wish a chaplain service may also be
provided. Scattering of cremains may be arranged by either a
funeral home or by individual families. Scatterings will take
place throughout the year. Scatterings, if desired, may include a
memorial service, lead by Pastor Mike, another clergy, or a person
selected by the family. Families also have the right to choose the
dates for scatterings and the memorial service they feel is
appropriate. |
